CulinArt Group encourages all of our residents to maintain a healthy lifestyle—one that incorporates wholesome, balanced food choices, exercise when possible, and an overall attention to living well. Our expertly trained staff develops menus that are calorie- and nutrient-specific to each resident depending on their dietary restrictions and medical needs, but never sacrifices taste and quality. In this way, CulinArt Group promotes a positive lifestyle that enables all of our residents to Eat Well.

As part of CulinArt Group’s health and wellness programs, we provide consultations and innovative recipes from our registered dietitians, inspirational tips on how to live and Eat Well, annual healthy living awareness programs, and our Eat Well menu program.  Eat Well offerings are clearly marked on menus and adhere to strict guidelines. We also identify vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menu items to assist residents guests in making food choices that are right for them.

CulinArt Group is also strong supporter of local farmers and farm-to-fork initiatives. Our Sustainable Solutions programs include local produce offerings, organic, and free-range menu options.  We are committed to preparing and presenting great food, understanding that seasonal, fresh and locally grown foods taste better than foods harvested early and shipped great distances.  We work closely in partnership with values-driven wholesale consolidators and distributors of local foods who share our passion for procuring the freshest local and seasonal menu items.

BREAKING THE MONOTONY

Our seniors enjoy monthly special dining events and theme meals that range from Hawaiian Luaus to Red, White and Blue Barbecues to Mardi Gras festivities.  Our goal is to spice up the everyday with the unexpected. CulinArt Group is focused on quality food and nutrition with a touch of flair and lots of fun.

In addition to our scheduled dining programs, we also surprise residents with exhibition cooking demos from our team of traveling guest chefs. As a leader and innovator in the diverse onsite dining industry, CulinArt Group is able to share recipes, food promotions and menu specials that are current and on-trend. Residents can also look forward to weekly happy hours before dinner, complete with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and live entertainment; Sunday brunches featuring freshly made Belgium waffles, French toast, and omelets made to order; feast day celebrations and special holiday meals; and spontaneous barbecues.

And, at CulinArt Group we like to keep things personal. We recognize that celebrating a loved one’s birthday is important to you, and we aim to make it an important part of our dining festivities, as well. To celebrate, we send out complimentary dinner invites to family members and serve a special birthday meal based on the resident’s heritage and/or requests. Private parties for residents and their families are also encouraged.
