CulinArt Opens the Doors to a Tech-Driven, Food-First Dining Program in Stamford, CT
STAMFORD, CONN., March 22, 2021 – CulinArt opened dining services at Charter Communications with three points of service, a Welcome Bag of snacks and treats dropped on 467 desks, and a cupcakes-and-cider toast allowing customers to meet our management team, including General Manager Diane Russo and Executive Chef Lindsay Romain. Charter, the provider of Spectrum phone, cable and Internet services, is CulinArt’s newest corporate dining account. A former tenant at One Stamford Forum, CulinArt’s CFE (Centers for Excellence) account just a few blocks away, many Charter employees were already keen on our quality food programs and hospitality-focused service, so when Charter moved to its brand new building on Washington Ave., CulinArt was a natural fit.
Our opening day program featured the full-service Charter Café, with an expansive Tuscan station, grill-to-order menu and a rotation of on-trend micro concepts at the Action station. Just one floor above is Craft Sandwiches, Salads and Bowls, with a robust menu of chef-crafted options and a full craft-your-own menu. The self-checkout Market is stocked with a variety of premium packaged snacks, bottled beverages, and a full line of CulinArt’s signature Quik Piks.
Customers place Café and Craft orders at one of the many Nextep order/pay kiosks or via the Eatify app, with one cashier-register in the Café for traditionalists or those looking to pay with cash. The technology allows guests to browse menus, customize orders, and schedule pickup, all in a safe, contactless environment. The 24/7 Market offers guests the use of Eatify Scan & Pay or a self-checkout register.
This is a multi-year project that will add 2 additional Markets, Pure Juice Bar and a barista bar over the next 12-18 months, and as population increases in the Charter Towers.
