“Greg has always put the patient first throughout the pandemic. Greg has made sure to give his team members the support they need to ensure all patients and guests have the most pleasant experience. From working the line and doing dishes to working the coffee bar and delivering in-patient trays, Greg has always made sure to fill the void to ensure the highest level of service. During the recent snowstorm in New York City, Greg basically worked around the clock for the patients while also making sure his team members had a safe and secure way home.
With Greg’s leadership the MSK team have grown sales by 30%. Greg implemented an online ordering system to help avoid large crowds in the Café. With his oversight and diligent planning, Greg and his team can fill over a hundred online orders each day for staff members, allowing patients to have a less crowded dining experience and feel more comfortable in the Café.”
