Pumpkin Spice Bites
Ingredients (makes 36 bites, portion size 3 bites)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ cup sunflower seed butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup pecans
