I just want to say THANK YOU to the Culinart team for a wonderful community picnic on Thursday. The food was amazing from classic burgers and hot dogs to grilled veggies, broccoli slaw, kale Caesar, potato salad, and more. The food display, attention by the team to every detail, and overall joy was contagious. I know in a regular year these first events are a big lift, and also know that in a new school even more so.

I wanted to let you know that for this entire school year I have been so well fed! I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE all the diversity of salad choices we have each day and the amazing entrees. My favorites are the carnitas, chili, curry, and Cajun chicken days. I am so grateful for all the care that goes into the food because I know I do not eat enough vegetables or balanced meals without you and your crew’s work. Thank you so much! You take such great care of us!!

I want to say thank you to you and your staff. The vegan lunches have been delicious, pleasantly varied and visually pleasing––the thin slices of purple radishes in the farro grain bowl today were particularly beautiful.

With all the prep work from Winterim ramping up and classes continuing as usual, it’s a busy time to be a Forman teacher. Imagine my delight, tired as I was, when I delved into the upscale-restaurant-quality chicken parmesan our dining hall served last night. Forman is all about support, and providing our students with a dinner of that quality is just as important a measure of support as anything that happens in a classroom.

We are so thankful and so impressed by your immediate attention to our power outage. It was such a relief to see all the equipment and workers coming in within a few hours of power outage. Thank you for serving dinner to all those students in a very difficult circumstance. Please extend our thanks to your workers who braved cold weather to grill hamburgers and hotdogs.

Thank you for the great work you and your colleagues did for the faculty and staff party on Friday night. It was well attended, people seemed to have a good time, and the food was delicious. Please tell our colleagues at CulinArt how much I appreciate all they did. I know there are people who made the food, in addition to those who did the setup and took it down, and I want them all to know I’m grateful.

Many, and I do mean many, thanks for a great Parents Weekend. I heard from so many happy parents and you all work very hard to make it happen.

Thank you and your staff for all the care and thought you give CSW adults and students. You approach events with such care and elegance – I don’t know how you do it! Especially day after day. Please thank ALL your staff for their wonderful work and kind manner with all of us.

Thank you for making the Seder memorable for all of the students that attended the event. You exceeded all expectations, everything was perfect from the taste of the food to the presentation.

I cannot tell you how pleased I have been with our foodservice. Carl and his crew do an excellent job and everyone at Knox has been impressed with the quality of the food and talent of the crew that works in our kitchen. Thank you!

Thank you for helping me this semester. I was really worried these four years. Having a severe food allergy can be really scary … and you guys have made me more and more comfortable eating at Rumsey. Thank you for making me feel safer at Rumsey.
