Celebrating Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day!

Today, in honor of Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day, we’re introducing some of our corporate and regional RDs and celebrating the work they do in our accounts each and every day. Our Registered Dietitians implement nutrition-focused promotions, host educational lunch and learns, address guest questions on menu ingredients and allergens and collaborate with our culinary team to develop well balanced recipes and menus.

Stephanie Dorfman, RDN joined CulinArt Group 2017 and has been an integral part of our team.

Amanda Reichardt, RDN, CPT is the Campus Dietitian at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York.

Stacy Spadaro, RD, LDN works with students on campus at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA.

Mary Robinson, RD, LDN joined the community at The George School in Newtown, PA.

These friendly faces will be out and about in our accounts during National Nutrition Month and throughout the year, so be sure to say hello, thank them for their hard work and pick their brains about how to best Eat Well in our cafes!
